Before the tribe, there was nothing.
Well, nearly nothing... only a small group of ragtag cats who lived on the territory that would become the land of the Warrior cats. They were a disorganized bunch with no medicine cat and only a basic rank system.
But they stuck together, braving the hard seasons and living and loving as though nothing could tear them apart. And nothing did, and nothing will. Yes -- these cats will live on forever as sharpclaws or in the future as the Tribe of Rushing Water.
